For the price, you can go wrong. I was surprised by how light this little unit is. It’s an easy conversion from American to metric, including lb:oz, fl oz, grams & ml. Occasionally I use British cookbooks so it takes the guess work out of measuring. I’ve used it several times, easy to clean, shuts off automatically and easy to store.

This scale is very easy to use. It shows how much food is in a serving. Some food when looking at nutrition labels tells you what a serving size is and then you guess how much food that is. I repeat GUESS how much food that is. That doesn't work very well. If you care how much food you're eating and what the nutritional value is in it and how that adds up in your diet this scale puts the power in your decisions what you are eating. Add the Vesync app on your smartphone that links to the scale and you can easily make accurate choices of how much food you eat and know what your nutritional intake is.
