The George Foreman Grill is noted for the slant of the surface which allows the grease to flow down into the tray. This grill is flat, no slant at all. I have contacted George Foreman's Attorney to notify him that his client's name is being placed on a product that is a fraudulent version of the George Foreman grill. Fraud is a serious crime. I will also be contacting the Attorney General's office.

Incredible! Cooks so fast! This size is perfect for just one sandwich or large T bone, but get the larger if there are more than one in your home. Cleans really easy even though the grills cant be removed. Pork chops are not dry with this and cook so fast and easy. I find I use very little salt or other seasonings, they just aren't needed with this (in my opinion). I bought this because I wore out my other one over years of use. Love the indicator light. It is very accurate. I use this daily and love it!! The panini feature makes it so you can make delicious grilled cheezes in a minute or two with zero butter. They are just as good as the paninis I had in Europe! Ten stars!
Update. Have used for about 3 weeks now. This grill is perfect. Even though you cannot remove the grills to clean, you just wipe them clean with a paper towel and it totally cleans. I grill everything on it, including broccoli, onions, steaks, sandwiches. Does not carry taste over on the next thing grilled (even Salmon). I don't think I would bother with the removable grills. Also, I put NOTHING on the grills when I am cooking. Pam is NOT needed. Also noted that I used hardly any salt, oils or other seasonings. The grill seems to bring out the flavors more than cooking other ways. Cooks so fast, you will be amazed. Amazingly easy! Can't say enough positive about this product, as you can probably tell!!

One of those things that just works. Love it.
Exactly what we needed to be able to grill 2 burgers at the same time. I never believed the "4-serving" claim; based on grill surface area and burger diameter, I estimated it would fit 2 regular sized burgers; my estimate proved correct to my great satisfaction. (See picture with 2 burgers on the grill.)
Also, there is a plastic "stand" in the back, which permits 2 position settings. The grill lies "flat" at the default setting (the plastic stand is folded in). The grill is nicely sloped (higher in the back, lower in the front), if the rear "stand" is pulled out. Some reviewers who say it does not slope are probably not aware of the stand in the back that can be pulled out to make the grill slant forward. When to use which setting? When grilling a burger, pull out the rear stand so the grill slopes forward and the juices run off (instead of collecting and thus "boiling" rather than grilling the burger patty). When grilling a panini, fold the stand in or down so that the grill lies flat for the sandwich. (See picture of the grill back with the plastic stand.)
The "juice" collector on the front can now be connected to the grill. There are slots on the lower front of the grill for this. So, when the grill is moved, the collector moves too. This ensures that all runoff is collected and does not spill on the kitchen surface.
The plates are not removable, which is what I want. Removable plates are unsafe because they fall off when the grill is hot, causing problems (like burns, or how to put it back on while hot). Non-removable plates heat reliably and are solid — will never fall out.
Cleaning is easy. Once cooled down, I just put it on an empty sink and let warm water gently run across the plates while wiping it with wet soapy paper towels, and then rinse. I NEVER SOAK it, and never wet the cord particularly the part that plugs into the power socket.
Perfectly grilled burgers from freezer to plate in about 5 or 6 minutes — beats the microwave, stove top grill, frying pan, oven, or air fryer. (See video of the grill, well, grilling.) So glad to have this thingamajig in our kitchen.

It cooks fast n I fit four bun size hamburgers on it,there not small but it's lean meat ,them big frozen hamburgers r not gonna fit like that ,it does tilt and or stays level, for tilting just take the cord wrapper that's also a stand and stand it on that. Ok well it works great for me it's just me n my husband.hope this helps . Oh and make sure u push the drip tray under enough I didn't quite push it under far enough n gotta clean the counter ,that's ok love n learn.very fast delivery to.and if u use 80/20 hamburger u may not get bun size cause as you know they shrink ,I will use this often it's perfect for a couple n even a guest. The temperature is perfect enough to cook anything faster

I don't know what all your problems are but it works perfect for me, the only thing is the manual states in the cooking guide tilted and non-tilted position but does not tell you how to get into these positions, there is a plastic thing on the bottom between the power cord and you flip that thing and it will put it in the tilted position and your grease will run off like its supposed to.

My favorite appliance for fast grilled food (because stovetop pan grilling set off my smoke alarm). 4-serving must be for sliders. This is perfect for 1 to grill meat and sliced zuchinni. A major improvement over the 2-serving model, a rear kickstand, vertical stand-cable wrap, and front snap-in oil catch tray. The grill plates are not removable but easy enough to clean with a soapy sponge. Just don't use anything abrasive or submerge. Mmm. Grilled salmon… Note: it gets hot fast. Nobody likes dry steak.

We are a family of 4 and as you can see in the picture.. this grill is not for 4 burguers unless they are very tiny. If you want to do a panini you will have to do one at a time. Going to send it back

1.0 out of 5 stars I bought 2 of the GR340FB units as gifts
Reviewed in Canada on December 1, 2020Verified Purchase
The GR340FB is advertised to support 4 servings. This 9" x 12" barely cooks two hamburger paddies. (placed diagonally on tray) One paddy comfortably. The misleading advertising has me out of pocket close to $100.00 and relatives that thought they were getting something that they didn't. Expensive embarrassment. I usually have costumer satisfaction but because they were gifts and are being used I am at a loss what to do. Only option is not to buy from amazon because of trust issues. I could not rate the unit because I am not using it.

Used to have one years ago and really liked it but with a large family I stopped using because it was too small. Now that everyone has grown up and moved away, I decided to buy another one. When I opened the package,...I wanted to test it right away. I looked in the freezer and found a frozen steak that had been forgotten about. All I did was spiced it and threw it on frozen solid. I thought this would be the best test.
Wow...Cooked to perfection. I wish I took pictures of it. but the best way to test it was to taste it and there was not turning back. It was delicious.
Only regret I have is the old one I bought came with a cleaning scraper tool. That would be handy. But the only one I can find was on Amazon and it cost as much as the whole machine.

Because the cord isn’t that long, make sure it’s plugged in close to the outlet. I opened the grill to check if my hamburgers where cooked and the whole unit slid towards me! The grease doesn’t drain well on the bottom grill plate. My smaller GF grill drained the grease better. I love it and recommend it to anyone!

This is a replacement for my GF that was close to 20 yrs old. Perfect size for 2-4 people. It is same size as my old one and sometimes have to cook in 2 batches if doing 4 servings. Easy to clean. Don’t like the drip tray as grease droplets seem to miss so I use my old drip trays. Like that the lid can adjust to different heights of food being cooked. Not as sturdy as my old one but I am happy with replacement
